    Kai pai Makaea, what a great effort for your reading. I did not realise there were so many ways to communicate. How would you be able to use smoke signals on a cloudy day? Why did they use Ponies for the mail, did they not have bikes like our mail people?

      Thanks for the positive feedback Mark. I don't know how they used smoke signals in cloudy days, I will look it up. No they did not have bikes.
